⦁ Technical skills in meta ads and google ads (TikTok ads bonus)
⦁ Able to create, manage and optimize campaigns with different objectives
⦁ Able to conduct A/B testing of creative, copy, and audiences
⦁ Undestanding of copywriting principles for advertising (hook, pain point, CTA, value prop)
⦁ Has basic skills in assessing visual/creative direction for advertising needs.
About You
⦁ Proven experience > 1 year in ads specialist
⦁ in-depth knowledge of meta ads and google ads (TikTok ads bonus)
⦁ Data analysis & problem solving mindset
⦁ Able to interpret key metrics
⦁ Accustomed to identifying campaign issues and offering data-driven solutions
⦁ Has Creative Sense
⦁ Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
