Financial Analyst
About the Role
Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial planning and analysis of a company, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions, and help to determine the best use of resources to achieve company objectives.
About the Work
- Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Preparing and maintaining cash flow projections regularly.
- Help to maintain financial models and internal reporting systems.
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for annual financial planning and operating forecasts.
- Assist the finance management team with monitoring the financial targets and operating metrics for the Finance department.
- Assist the finance management team with distributing and socializing financial plans and results to appropriate business stakeholders.
- Provide reports and support to the Business Development and Finance leadership as required.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 1-2 years of related work experience is a plus.
- Experience and interest in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel user with proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience using business models, budget comparisons, and forecasting.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- Able to interact with senior corporate executives and challenge assumptions.
