• Coordinate and manage collaboration between architects and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of construction projects on site.
• Oversee project development from initial planning through completion, proactively identifying and resolving issues that arise during execution.
• Ensure construction activities align with approved designs, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery within the allocated budget.
• Review and control quality at every stage of the project to ensure final results meet company standards.
• Verify that materials used comply with predetermined specifications and provide recommendations to the planning team in case of discrepancies.
• Prepare construction drawings or shop drawings for public facilities within the project, including gates, signage, and landscape areas.
• Conduct regular quality inspections on site and ensure workmanship meets established standards.
• Provide recommendations and decision support to management to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Head of Division.
• Source and coordinate with third-party vendors or outsourced partners for construction execution and quality control.
About You
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate development or related fields such as project management, architecture, engineering, construction management, or real estate investment.
• Proficient in design and technical software, including Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a team environment, with experience coordinating projects, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of making independent decisions while remaining collaborative.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own personal transportation.
