Quality Control is responsible for monitoring and evaluating construction performance while maintaining detailed records of site activities.
About the Work
⦁ Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and manage multi-disciplinary construction activities across project sites.
⦁ Oversee validation of ordered products and materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
⦁ Monitor and evaluate construction performance while documenting daily activities to ensure alignment with construction documentation requirements.
⦁ Maintain detailed project records, including progress documentation for each unit within the cluster.
⦁ Ensure project schedules and productivity align with the overall project timeline.
⦁ Manage and oversee project execution in accordance with approved designs, specifications, cost controls, and quality standards.
⦁ Supervise contractors and subcontractors, including reviewing inspection checklists and work progress.
⦁ Conduct quality inspections on site to ensure construction results meet required standards.
⦁ Ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
⦁ Control and monitor each phase of construction to ensure consistent quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.20 (out of 4.00).
⦁ At least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate development or related fields such as project management, engineering, or construction management.
⦁ Strong background in construction quality control and structural design for residential buildings.
⦁ Proficient in engineering and design software, including Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP2000, or ETABS.
⦁ Able to read and interpret detailed civil and structural drawings.
⦁ Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
⦁ Effective team player with experience managing projects and coordinating stakeholders.
⦁ Proactive, self-driven, and capable of making independent decisions.
⦁ Possess a valid driver’s license and own personal transportation (expenses will be reimbursed).
